Live-Work Volunteering Opportunities (work exchange)
We are often looking for fun, dynamic, motivated and entrepreneurial people to join our amazing team as Resident Advisors at DC's newest hostel and live onsite for free in exchange for working a specified number of hours per week and making a commitment to stay for at least a minimum number of months.

More Information About the Resident Advisor Position:
The position has these requirements:
1. Live on-site in an shared dorm room
2. Commit to live onsite for 4 months at minimum.
3. Work 24 hours per week.
4. Be able to do at least two shifts per week overnight (11pm-7am) if needed.
You will receive free accommodation in a dorm room. The dorm room includes your own bed and storage space. Free coffee and tea are always provided.
Of course, you will receive training from our managers on how to do all your duties, plus follow up and constant contact with all of us so that you never feel confused about what to do or how to do anything.
This position is for anyone seeking a minimum stay of four months in exchange for working 24 hours per week including some overnights.
Due to U.S. laws, all Resident Advisors must have legal permission to work in the United States. If you are a U.S. citizen then you already do have that permission. If you are an international visitor, you must have a visa which allows you to work in the United States.
The Resident Advisor will be responsible for providing service to hostel guests and includes working at these two main positions:
1. Working at the front desk
2. Cleaning duties and making beds
